For how long does Clarity retain this information?

Clarity retains data differently. Recording data is kept for 30 days. All labeled or favorited sessions are retained for 13 months. Heatmap data is retained for 13 months. Data on Clarity's servers, including backups, will be deleted after the retention period and cannot be retrieved. More information on data retention and deletion:

How to Manage Your Data
