Freshly graduated from ESCP, Christian Lambert joined his father and brother in the family business at the time, Scierie Ardennaise. After several acquisitions made by the group, he acquired PSD Aciers in 1993 at the Paris Commercial Court. After the arrival of his daughter Pauline in the company in 1998, they together decided to create PSD Aero on January 1, 2001, by splitting the two business units.
They both realized the development potential of the company in the aerospace industry and from that moment on, they focused on the development of PSD AERO.
The growth of PSD Aero and its position in the industry are recognized by aerospace players. The CEO's diplomatic skills and talent for financial arrangements have greatly contributed to this success and the training of his daughter Pauline.
Claude Lambert obtained his diploma as a wood technician from the St-Mandé school in Paris in June 1969. In the same year, he joined his father's sawmill in the Ardennes. Since then, he has been at the helm of several companies, also in the railway industry. He has been developing the family business in parallel, first with his brother Christian, and for several years now, with the help of his three children: Geoffroy, Aurélie, and Quentin.
His charisma and interpersonal skills have contributed to the greatness of the group as it exists today.
PSD Aero's position as a pivotal company in the aerospace supply chain, connecting producers and manufacturers, is now well established. His niece and current general manager, Pauline Lambert, has been influenced by his techniques and has drawn inspiration from them throughout her professional experiences.
Pauline Lambert, a graduate of EAP ESCP (Paris Business School), joined PSD Aero in 1998. Since then, she has been passionate about metallurgy and has worked tirelessly to develop the company while remaining attentive to the needs of customers, suppliers, and employees.
PSD Aero's main objective is to play a trusted role in preserving the supply of metals for the aerospace supply chain. In this regard, she brings to the company her resilience and perseverance.
